Event Entry:

1. A valid ticket and a photo ID are required. These will be checked at the venue registration area before the event.

Event Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds:

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, and venue. Should Shiraishi-sensei be unable to travel and teach at the event, the teaching will be carried out by the students of Shiraishi-sensei instead. If the event itself is completely canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will offer refunds.

Age Restrictions:

The minimum age requirement for attendees is 18 years old. Younger individuals are permitted to participate when accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who assumes responsibility for the minor for the duration of the event.

Denied Entry:

All attendees are required to follow the Bujinkan Hombu guidelines. Those individuals who do not follow the guidelines, or are in violation thereof, are not welcome at the event and the cost of their tickets will not be refunded.

Pictures and Video:

The training sessions will be recorded on video and available as an optional purchase sometime after the event. Please do not take photos or videos during the training. Photos before and after the event, as well as during the breaks, will be permitted.

Insurance:

Participating in the event is entirely at your own risk. The organizer will not be responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries you might sustain while participating in the training or any activity associated with the event. The attendee may arrange personal insurance for the event if desired.

Refund Policy

• 100% Refund: Requests made more than three months before the first day of the event will receive a full refund.

• 50% Refund: Requests made between one to three months before the first day of the event will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Requests made less than one month before the first day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@taikai.fi and include your order details. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.

Please note:

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Any transaction fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Change of Registrant Name

If you need to change the name of the registrant for a ticket, please send an email request to contact@taikai.fi. The request must include the original registrant's name, the new registrant's name, and any relevant ticket details. All change requests must be received no later than 24 hours before the first day of the event.

Please note:

• Name changes are subject to approval and verification.

• The email must be sent from the email address used during the original ticket purchase.

• A confirmation email will be sent once the name change has been processed.
